Teaching Through Books Pt 2: Indigenous Voices

Hearing and learning about Indigenous peoples from Indigenous peoples is something that has traditionally been lacking in Canadian society. The focus of this lesson is to amplify their stories and voices, and to educate and inform students about Canada’s history and relationships with Indigenous peoples. Recommended for high school with adaptations for middle school and elementary.
