Laun Shoemaker lives in St. John’s, NF, with his wife, Caroline, daughter, Sophie, and golden-doodle, Bella. He teaches Grade 6 Intensive Core French at Beachy Cove Elementary in Portugal Cove–St. Philip’s. He will complete his master’s in Education and Francophone Literature and Cultures at Memorial University by Christmas.
